Performs general housekeeping duties.  Salary $15.20 per hour
  
 
 

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to residents, family members, or employees of organization.
  • Must lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Must reqularly stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

 

Responsibilities

  • Keep cleaning supplies up to date.
  • Cleans and organizes the resident’s room and assists with laundry
  • Completes cleaning duties using proper procedures specific to the area being cleaned.
  • Performs light housekeeping duties such as beds, dusting, cleaning, etc.
  • Ensures that resident confidentiality, privacy, and dignity are respected in accordance with residents' rights
  • Cleans common areas like lobbies, break rooms, public restooms, dining rooms
